Paying towards a Negative Balance

  1. Go to the Retail tab and search for the customer
  2. Click Receive Payments
  3. Enter the Payment Amount
  4. Click Continue
  5. Select the Payment Method
  6. Click Save No Receipt or Save Print Receipt to complete the process
