Learning objective:

The MINDBODY Business App is a valuable way to help operate the studio on a day-to-day basis, facilitating new Membership sales, customer account management, and running some basic reports. The Business App is not intended to be the primary method of running MINDBODY for your studio, but is a great solution for creating a new member, making a sale, or checking sales figures if a computer is not available, or on the go.

Since the Business App is very expansive we have broken the Business App training material into individual tutorials focused on individual features of the app such as Retail, Clients, and Reports.

This tutorial will concentrate on the limited features located on the More page.

  1. Once you have logged in to the app click the More icon in the bottom section of the screen.

Your MINDBODY Site

You can access your MINDBODY site so that you will have full site functionality. Selecting this feature will take you out of the app and open your MINDBODY site in your mobile device's web browser.

  1. Tap Your MINDBODY Site
  2. Your MINDBODY site will appear in your mobile device's web browser. You will have the exact same functionality as you would in your studio on a computer. You will want to zoom in to the screen to make easier use of the page.

Support

Sometimes you need some help. When that happens go to the Support page of the Business App

  1. Starting from the More page, tap Support
  2. Select from the following Support options:
    • App Support - Access the full MINDBODY Support Center with hundreds of support articles which outline site setup, daily site function, and site features.
    • About this app - This page includes information on the app service terms, Privacy Policy, and app version.
    • Contact Us - Accessing the page will redirect you from the Business App to your mobile device's web browser. You may then select between email and phone contact with MINDBODY's Support Team.
