There is a lot to learn during the transfer over to MINDBODY and with that in mind we have created this guide to help you navigate and make sure you are reaching out to the correct channels.

ILKB Learning Center - One stop shop to everything ILKB & MINDBODY. Here you will find learning material and articles which are crafted specifically for ILKB franchisees based on the unique ILKB business model. There is a learning path for both Staff and Managers. This is a great first stop for any questions you may run into.

MINDBODY Support Center – The support center, accessed here, is  where you can find information on all things MINDBODY. You will be able to find articles, videos, help guides, and all the latest MINDBODY news. Great resource for all staff members and anyone who has any MINDBODY questions.

MINDBODY Support Team – We have a 24/7 Support team who you can contact with any issue that you may have. This is our front lines.

Merchant Payment Support – If you have any questions on your payment processing or merchant account this will be the team to reach out to. They are able to provide information on payments, refunds and bank funds. You can reach them by email at merchantsupport@mindbodyonline.com or 877.755.4279.

System Status – The status page, accessed here, will provide up to the minute performance update for MINDBODY's client sites, online services, and mobile apps. If MINDBODY is experiencing performance issue in any of these areas, it will be noted here. You can subscribe to receive updates  sent to your email or text.
