Sales by Service report filtered to the Service Category of First Class (Includes all trial offers) > filter pricing options (Include W3 and W5s) > Tag new

Now the next part, Visits Remaining gives us some valuable information. We can run that report for the tagged clients and filter to exclude any of those clients that purchased anything else with the same service and pricing option filters.

The results will take some validation to ensure the right clients are being reached out to. For example, the clients you are looking for will be the ones that have not used any of their sessions.

As an example, here the first three clients have not used any sessions and would be ideal for reaching out to at some point. The last two have used their sessions so far and you would not want to reach out to them at this time.
